Excellent experience yet again. Staff is very kind and friendly. The very took the time to listen to all questions and concerns. Couldn't be happier with my experience. I thought I may have to fight over ownership on my pup with the vet techs! They were amazing with Mona and showered her with love!
Friendly - let one know in full detail about their pet - full communication - not just treating the Pet - they care about the owner Too.Looks a little different on the outside but is amazing inside.Glad I changed Vets after 25 years - took me long enough. Shame on me. Most likely my pets would have been treated better.. especially by the technicians. Must be careful with the technicians - don't trust them. But at Erie Animal - I do.
They take great care to see that we and our pets are comfortable and safe. They take the time to explain things and answer questions. They even have a separate waiting room for cats.
