Came here for the first time to see Kirsten for lash extensions and could not be happier! I have been on a journey through different types of lash extensions, different lash technicians, and different businesses. Currently my lashes are not in the best health, but I am using a serum daily to help with this and Kirsten knew of my situation as I messaged with her prior to my appointment. Though not my usual salon, I was able to get a last minute appointment before an out of town business trip for a cut and color with Kirsten. Not only did she listen and ask questions to fully understand what I wanted, she also worked with me to come up with a plan that was realistic with the current state of my hair (which was definitely a hot mess at the time). Needless to say, I am completely blown away with the results. I haven’t walked out of a hair appointment this satisfied in years. I have definitely found my new forever stylist and salon!
