The Crate Escape

We went there recently to have our cat groomed. She did an excellent job and was quick and efficient. Also an excellent price! Surprisingly, my cat was well behaved, but she showed great patience and professionalism. Also very considerate to my cat, asking a customer with a dog to please wait a bit so my cat didn't get stressed or scared, which was highly appreciated. I would recommend and definitely go there again.

My pup Jenny was so exited to see Kyrie for her grooming. Jenny looks so nice & smells great being so clean. I drive all the way from the Mercyhurst University area, knowing that she'll be in competent hands.

Kyrie is the BEST. She truly cares of the dogs and does an amazing job grooming my sweet baby. We are so blessed to have found the Crate Escape!! I drive all the way across town just to bring my dog to her, because she’s THAT GOOD.
