5 STARS I took a couple automotive lock cylinders there to be rekeyed. Inadvertently I gave them the wrong key and didn't realize it until after I picked them up and installed one lock. I took them both back and had them rekeyed again with the right key this time. They were more than generous in making this right even with my mistake. Lots of integrity there.
