Called another exterminator I told him what I thought was my problem they told me that it would cost $212.00. That startled me enough that I called Jim at General. He asked me questions and gave me good advice that fixed the problem for FREE. This will be my FIRST call next time I need an exterminator. I am calling General exterminating. Thank you Jim!

They are a great family owned company. There work is fast, efficient and professional. There prices are reasonable and the job is done right the first time. Very pleased with this company.

As always I can't say enough about General Exterminating and their employees. I told Luis where we saw the hornets coming in to the ground but also mentioned I had some dead hornets in my upstairs bedroom, no where near where they where in the ground. Luis found another entry point! He told me what he was going to do but mentioned if they come back or I had any concerns just to call and he would come back out. General Exterminating and the guys they send to our homes are just the best. Thank you.
