I went to Rise Up Physical Therapy for an issue with hip pain. Dr. Colton Kellogg was my PT. In about two minutes he determined that my hip pain was really coming from the hamstring. He developed a treatment program to stretch and strengthen the hamstring that was very effective. Dr. Kellogg is knowledgeable, very competent, conscientious as well as very personable. He worked with me for the entire visit each time. Whenever I had a question, he alway promptly followed up. I would highly recommend Rise Up Physical Therapy and Dr. Colton Kellogg.

To anyone that needs physical therapy, look no further. The owner, Jenny, is absolutely incredible and so great to work with. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and obviously very well maintained. I ended up at Rise Up after dislocating my shoulder. As a nurse, a mom to a one year old, and an overall very active person, I was devastated when I got injured. During my first session at Rise Up, Colton was calm and reassuring and immediately alleviated the stress and anxiety I was feeling about my injury.
