The ANNA Wellness Center is a community-focused facility dedicated to the health and well-being of pets. They offer a range of services including wellness exams, preventative care like deworming and vaccination, and surgical procedures like spaying and neutering.
The center also provides testing for various conditions, such as heartworm and Lyme disease in dogs, and FIV and Leukemia in cats. While they prioritize outpatient care, they do offer limited sick pet care and euthanasia services. The ANNA Wellness Center aims to make decisions that are in the best interest of both pets and their owners.
Reviewers have praised the staff for their kindness, helpfulness, and caring nature. They appreciate the follow-up calls after procedures and the clean, healthy environment. While scheduling appointments can be challenging, the center is commended for its dedication to the community and its furry residents.
First time using their services- needed to get my two male kittens neutered. Easy to schedule, got a nice run down of how to prepare them (no food after midnight, separate carriers, drop off time ect) staff was friendly and prompt with getting us checked in. Pickup was a breeze, kitties recovered perfectly, and someone on staff even called the next day to see how they were doing. Efficient, kind, and cost-effective! Very appreciative of them in our Erie community. Thank you so much!!!
What an incredible place. While in the waiting room getting a procedure done which I couldn't afford to do elsewhere two other people came in with the same story. It was a total of five animals in 5 minutes that I was there. Imagine how many lives they touch in a year. The women behind the counter are great, overall just in awe of everything they do. Thank you
I donated some stuff from the loss of my little Yorkie his coats brushes things like that to make myself feel better they were very nice people thank you for the work that you do God bless you all the Troutman family
