I can’t say enough positive things about this business. Every person involved that I had contact with was not only informative and helpful, but truly cared for my family and the dire situation before us, from start to finish’The actual workers handling the situation were polite, genuinely cared for our well being, our belongings, and did everything they could do help salvage what was salvageable, and did an incredible job removing the waste, cleaning, then sanitizing, and then drying out our basement. They always had answers to our questions, were flexible about coming and going, I just couldn’t have asked for a better experience in the midst of a horrendous situation....read full review

This was really a hard time in our lives and this group of professionals really helped us through it. Made us feel comfortable and calmed a lot of our fears surrounding our situation. From Dustin running our estimates and providing advice, to Jeanette taking our calls, to the crew workers. I can’t remember all of the crew members’ names now but they were great. I can’t say enough how thorough, timely, and respectful everyone was.A special shout out goes to Dustin; he was the face of Rainbow for us and he was highly responsive even when he was on vacation and I didn’t realize it.
