I got their number from PGE approved contractors. I called and within hours I was dealing with Steve the salesperson, explained every imaginable detail, provide multiple estimates with pictures and worked with me to get me the advertised discount. within two days, I had three vans fully loaded with equipment and experts like Kelly and others who I forgot their names. who worked around the clock to accommodate me due to the weather. It was hot that week. They covered their shoes while working. they had their inspector who was Picky, yes to my benefit. the electrician Steve who explained and labeled everything he did. they were all wearing the same T-shirts. I had an aging gas water heater that I wanted to replace with an electric heat pump water heater. The job required adding a 240 breaker and run conduit from the box to the heater. Since both were in my garage, this was easily done. I replaced the old unit with the same capacity electric one three weeks ago and so far I haven't had any problem at all, it does what it's supposed to do more efficiently than the old heater. The electrical and plumbing installers knocked out the job in a few hours and cleaned up afterwards. I'm a satisfied customer.

I had maintenance work done on our heat pump this morning. Torsten did a good job and explained how to do better maintenance in the future. I had neglected to take proper care of the system. He demonstrated how to clean the filters and did a repeat so I could video the work. I am very pleased with the service I hot.
