I had an issue with my gas fireplace insert. Nothing was working right. Lots of soot in the base of my firebox (and I didn't know where it came from). Parker was the rep that came on site. He cleaned the soot out. Actually, he did more than I expected. He cleaned the logs, re-arranged the placement of the logs, cleaned out the entire firebox, cleaned the glass doors , and BEST of all he explained how I could more efficiently use the gas fireplace insert in the future. Thank you Parker and Evergreen. I would highly recommend these people!
Same day service for nonworking AC. Chris, the technician came out and diagnosed the problem right away, had the parts and had us up and cooled off within 1/2 an hour. 2nd time with this company. Highly recommend.
