Michael was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He explained and demonstrated what we need to do to operate our gas fireplace insert in the event of another power outage. (I wish we'd called him a couple months ago.) And the charge was half of what I'd expected. If you've got a gas fireplace, I strongly suggest that you get on an annual service contract with Evergreen. Learn from my experience - don't wait.
