He managed to remove & replace lattice screen surrounding the outside unit. I give him extra points for getting access to the outside ac unit. He did a great job!“

“Contracted for a new roof and other than some communication issues, all work was completed to our satisfaction. Price adjustments were made to our contract to reflect unused materials which was nice to see. Very transparent on all pricing and expectations. A freak rainstorm hit while the install team was working and they were quick to respond to a water intrusion and subsequent clean up, even went so far as to replace a roll of paper towels (not necessary but a nice gesture) used in the clean up. Seemed like a fair price, not the cheapest but not the most expensive, given the 50 year transferable warranty on the new roof.“
