This is the 3rd time Don's has come out to our house and they are amazing even time. We have an older system and they never cease to amaze me on how easy they make it look to work on it. We made some calls to other companies and they went straight to its to old you need a new one.. you haven't even seen it yet!! When it is time for one Don's is going to do it hands down not even gonna call anybody else! Thanks guys!!

Tim came to service my heater and was amazing! Gave us a 30 minute window(I normally experience 2 hours minimum) of when he would arrive & did so. He also educated me on what was wrong & how to trouble shoot myself in the future. 10/10 will call them in the future if I have issues.

Came out and showed me everything was fine it was just defrosting itself and walked me through maintenance and operation during extreme cold. Very nice and I don’t think even charged me a service visit. Parents recommended them, now i do too.
