Christina answered the phone on my first call and I asked her if she was AI.:) We had a great conversation about setting up a time to have a tuneup done on my AC. Michael called me 30min prior to my appointment and was on time.The Van Michael showed up in was super clean and nice.I talked with Michael about what was going on with my AC and he checked out the whole system.Michale was very professional and a really nice guy he answered all my questions and gave some great advice on taking care of my AC.
I got a few things done with my AC and the
price was great and I really felt good about the whole experience.
I called Christina after Michael had left and thanked her for one of the easiest and best experiences I have ever had with HVAC. It feels so good to have a trustworthy HVAC company to call. I told Christina it feels like I am part of the Bridge City family!

Very reasonable pricing
I received a very acceptable estimate for the replacement of my 25 year-old furnace and air conditioner by Michael. Tyler and Abraham both came bright and early on the two days that they estimated it would take to do the installation. All three were extremely personable, hard-working, and very considerate.
They even installed my new Alexa compatible thermostat. As I am a blind person this was very important to me as I have difficulty using most thermostats as they are visual in nature. They were very patient with me and spent a good amount of time making sure all the settings were made properly and that I was properly trained.
I am a very satisfied customer!
