Thanks to Bridge City for coming out to repair a broken heat vent under my Mother’s house. As with most older homes nothing is quite straight forward and my mother’s home was no exception. The weather was bad and crawling under the house was a dirty, frustrating task but Justin and Adam took it in stride and completed the job in a couple of hours. Kudos to them!I have used Bridge City in the past (they replaced my furnace and installed central air a year ago) and will continue to use them in the future!
We were with another company that, while quite well known, left us hanging. Bridge City answered the call and has been helpful, responsive, friendly and above-board with us all the way.
My thermostat died and my neighbor recommended Bridge City HVAC. Phalen was out the very next morning. He installed a new thermostat and showed me how to program it. He was very nice and very helpful. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the value I received and I would highly recommend Bridge City HVAC to anyone. So glad to know I have someone to call for any HVAC maintenance I may need in the future.
