“Thanks to Bridge City for coming out to repair a broken heat vent under my Mother’s house. As with most older homes nothing is quite straight forward and my mother’s home was no exception. The weather was bad and crawling under the house was a dirty, frustrating task but Justin and Adam took it in stride and completed the job in a couple of hours. Kudos to them!I have used Bridge City in the past (they replaced my furnace and installed central air a year ago) and will continue to use them in the future!“

“Connor and Hutton came out and repaired the seals and fluid levels on my outside unit, cleaned it and then fixed our thermostat for us. We recently moved to our new home in November and the heat would only blow cold at night and we werent able to get into the controls of the thermostat because the previous tenants put a passcode on it and we didnt know the pin. Well while Connor was waiting to hear back from his boss with the master code he actually guessed the pin randomly and was able to fix everything before getting a call back from head quarters. The heater has worked fantastic since they came out and we got to put away all of our back up heaters. I had a really good conversation with Hutton and Conner too! It was a really good experience overall and I highly recommend their services! ?“

“My heat went out just as the cold weather started. I called Jerry and told him I was working but could be home by 4:oopm that evening. Tony called from Tualatin about 4:15pm, he said he could be out to Beavercreek in about 45 minutes. He arrived right at 5:00. 2 hrs. later the failed part was replaced and we were warm again. The customer service, diligence in finding the problem, and craftsmanship, were better than a 5 star review. The value was unbelievable, I was thinking the cost would be 5 times what it was. They explained work and steps clearly.Last week, I needed a new furnace in my friend's house where I reside now. I called and mentioned that I was an old customer. I wasn't so sure if they are still the same company or they still remember me. I waited for two days assuming Randy would be super busy. He called back, arranged on-site estimates, emailed back the proposal in 2 hours. We conversed for the pricing for 2 more days. In 3 days, I have my brand new Lennox furnace installed by Tyler. Again, clean and professional.I would recommend them to anyone who would ask me.“

Furance working great!There were no fancy folders or sales pitch for signing up for maintenance plans. Straight forward bid, also promptly responded to questions I had when I called in.I had a total of 3 bids from furnace companies on same model furnace. One was $2100 higher. I was given folder w lots of glossy handouts from this company. Very happy I went with Lakeside Heating and Cooling.“
