“I had an issue with my gas fireplace insert. Nothing was working right. Lots of soot in the base of my firebox (and I didn't know where it came from). Parker was the rep that came on site. He cleaned the soot out. Actually, he did more than I expected. He cleaned the logs, re-arranged the placement of the logs, cleaned out the entire firebox, cleaned the glass doors , and BEST of all he explained how I could more efficiently use the gas fireplace insert in the future.
