Bull Mountain technicians have always been good but DaitonTaylor was exceptional today — no joke. He was pleasant, explained clearly all that he was doing, what he was looking for and why. He installed a replacement part in our a/c so we are prepared for summer heat. He was kind enough to leave through the back way in order to close our gate that had been opened for him. My A/C unit is located on my roof and is challenging to access. Alexandra at Bull Mtn worked with me to resolve the access issue. Eddie, the service technician, did a great job of explaining the condition of my system. I'll be recommending them to my HOA neighbors.
