Fast and professional service and communication; provided detailed information needed for HOA approval of replacement A/C units same day that questions were asked. Arrived on time for scheduled appointments for both estimate and installation. Also replaced water heater at the same time as the A/C units. Final price same as original estimate, and competitive with other company. Nice people.
We had Nicholas from Conrad come over to estimate installing a HVAC with a heat pump and possibly with a furnace backup. He arrived on time, was quite knowledgeable and provided all information in a clear manner and then suggested three options with costs. The costs were very reasonable.
Saw a great special and Got booked by next day. They stayed in communication about when they would arrive and The tech was very thorough and nice to work with. Will definitely use them again
