Our 22 yr old heat pump broke down during the cold snap, the night before New Year's weekend. L&J is highly recommended here in Canby, and we called them on Tuesday. They needed to get a special permit as our house was not in a residential area.We were without heat for over a week. Joe brought us over space heaters. Joe worked with us the whole time, and L&J made sure we had our new heat pump and furnace in time for the ice storm.So that is my L&J story, and I would definitely recommend them!!!Follow up on 2/22/24We just had our county inspection and were told that everything looked really good. L&J installed my heater and new AC unit to my home. Their employees Justin & Jeremy were very friendly and explained every detail of my new unit and its operation. They did a great job and will have them be my service people for both systems.
