Furnace needed replacement. I received quote from Jason on Friday the 16th. Furnace was installed on Tues 20th. Crew was efficient, pleasant, all went as described. Furance working great!There were no fancy folders or sales pitch for signing up for maintenance plans. Straight forward bid, also promptly responded to questions I had when I called in.I had a total of 3 bids from furnace companies on same model furnace. One was $2100 higher. I was given folder w lots of glossy handouts from this company. Very happy I went with Lakeside Heating and Cooling.

Lakeside Heating and Cooling is the Best! I have used them in 2 of my homes. I received 3 bids from different companies.Jason was the most knowledgeable, sensible, and affordable bid for my home (built in 1962), they had to replace my furnace that was located under the house in a crawl space and they did a wonderful job, very professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I also purchased an air conditioner at the same time, it made a world of difference for that home!.Years later, when I purchased my next home (built in 1999),I needed some repairs to the air conditioner, they came out and did the repairs and did not try to sell me up and did a great repair job!...read full review

Highly recommend using Lakeside Heating and cooling. I have used them twice and each time been a very positive experience. During the current weather our furnace went out. They were nice enough to text me through diagnosing the issue and since it was a simple fix of thawing out my condensation line, they explained good ways to do that. Yes, they could have sent a tech and charged an arm and a leg but they didn’t. They work with you to get the end result. Will definitely continue using them.
