3/16/23: We had a few cosmetic issues that we wanted corrected and to make sure the A/C unit was secure (we live on the side of a mountain). Mario came and fixed everything with professionalism and was incredibly nice. We had additional electrical work done last month and could not be more pleased! 11-17-23: Braxton came to give us an estimate for more things we want to do. Always professional and suggests the way he would do things at his own house. We know he does amazing work. Sky is the way to go folks!!

11-30-23: Braxton and Brian were here to install more outlets...a dedicated fridge and freezer breaker and outlets in our garage, one in our laundry room, and a few outside for lights and for one of our EVs. Amazing job. So professional, high quality work, attention to detail, and it didn't take long! Check with Sky for any work you need...HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical. You will be glad you did!! We will not use any other company as Sky has earned our business every time they come out!!

Tony called from Tualatin about 4:15pm, he said he could be out to Beavercreek in about 45 minutes. He arrived right at 5:00. 2 hrs. later the failed part was replaced and we were warm again. “We had a great experience with a furnace and heat pump install. Jace was the account manager and helped us in the beginning and took the time, even after hours, to help us answer any questions we had. He was thorough and made sure we were confident with the install.

His installation team was quick and overall fine. There were some things we didn't like after the install, such as trash left in the attic, fingerprints left on our ceiling, and ceiling vents that weren't installed correctly (couldn't open/shut the vents because it was interfering with the laths on our ceiling). But some of the issues weren't a big deal, so we let that go.

We noticed a couple things a few months after the install when we started using the heat pumps: the tape from the insulation wrapping the ducts was coming off, and our primary room wasn't getting that much air flow compared to the other rooms. We let Jace know, and he took care of it right away. He had his scheduler help us book a technician to fix those issues (as well as our ceiling vent issue mentioned above), and he did. We are now satisfied. It's good to know we can go back and ask Integrity Air about issues when they occur. It makes us feel like they want us to be satisfied with their work and services.
