I have tried 2 other contractors to resolve my light flickering problem and both were not successful and wanted me to spend $1,500 to install a surge protector for the whole house! The technicians from Ben’s where very professional and tenacious, discovered the cause and resolved the problem for a fraction of what the others where going to charge me!!Thank you very much for a job very well done.

Joe and the team had excellent communication and showed up right when they said. He was completely professional and very nice to work with. He was able to fix the issue and check the system. Overall, I was very impressed by Joe as a representative of Ben Heating. I definitely recommend them.

I’m absolutely impressed with this company. The dispatch man was very polite, and so was the tech who came to perform the work.The tech wore covers over his shoes and walked with me to every room to become acquainted with the home before his inspection. He answered all of my questions regarding how to operate the furnace system and air conditioner, what kind of maintenance I should perform, etc. He also pointed out to me that their records showed the ducts in the home had been recently cleaned, and it was not necessary for me to pay to have them cleaned again.I feel I got excellent service from someone who really understands the system well.
