I had a propane fireplace that would not light and had been trying to get Firesides recommended technicians to schedule an appointment for months. I noticed on an email from Roth that they do gas fireplace maintenance. They made an appointment for the next morning - right before our cold front - from the scheduling to the service nothing could have been better. My fireplace was fixed quickly, much less expensively than quoted by the other recommended services and my house is warm during the cold weather. The team did a really fine job cleaning our ducts, which hadn't been done since we moved in 10 years ago. The crew took before and after photos and wow, what a difference! Nick and Kaleb were professional and kept us informed every step of the way. The cost was not unreasonable considering that they were hard at work nearly all afternoon. Highly recommend!
