“I have lived in my place for just short of two years, and last summer my AC did not work. I had someone come out, and they said there was nothing they could do. I was really hot during the heat dome, even though I had my air on, but there was no cool air coming in. That person was subsequently fired, not because of my issue alone, but that was telling.

Today, Matt, who came, said he was going to take care of me and figure it out. He was great. By great, I mean he explained everything to me in detail, answered all the questions I had, and taught me how to tell if the pipes inside of the HVAC room are working. He showed me a few tests that I could do myself to tell. He taught me how to tell if anything was moving or not. It was simple for me to do. Discovered at the end, after checking everything on the roof and a few other hints, that it was a breaker in the fuse box that had tripped. Once we reactivated the breaker, we turned on the AC for the first time since I've lived here, it started to work. That went back up on the roof to cross-check that things were now working up there, and they were. The numbers of the reader up there were what they ought to be. Everything is now working!

I rarely turn on my AC except when we're in a heat dome or have temperatures that are really high in the 90s. I've been so anxious when it gets really hot because it's so hot in my apartment.

I'm now relaxed that, when and if the weather should become very hot, I know I will be able to be comfortable in my place and use the AC when needed on those rare days.

“Dalton showed up on time and went right to work. He checked blower fan , inside vents and outside condenser unit, and was finished within an hour. He managed to remove & replace lattice screen surrounding the outside unit. I give him extra points for getting access to the outside ac unit. He did a great job!“

“They showed up earlier than planned for initial estimate, we had the price for the complete installation of forced air central air conditioning that night and appointment for installation next day which was installed 8 days later. It was done earlier than expected and was a good looking installation. The hvac tech that installed( Jeremy)the system was very professional and efficient with his time and very personable aswell. I should know I worked as a plumber for 43 yrs retired, and worked in every aspect of new construction and service. You might say I can be a very critical professional with my appraisal. Joe Inoccenti the owner, installer estimater was everything his employees are Janelle the office manager was also on on top of everything that went on with this process in other words I did not give my 5 stars lightly!
