My experience having my furnace repaired by Brian from First Call Heating and Cooling (Oregon City) was a 5/5 (Excellent)! He arrived when I was told he would, and he was a welcome sight since a severe storm had left me without heat or power for several days in sub-freezing temperatures. (When the power was restored, my furnace had failed.)Brian was personable, polite, and prepared. He was happy to explain the testing and repair processes to me, and I enjoyed learning more about the inner workings of one of my home’s most important devices. I am so impressed with Adam (tech). What a wonderful man. I had a gas leak that was fixed by the gas company but needed a replacement part from First Call. I called FC and was scheduled for the following morning. I asked if I was still under warranty and was told - not sure. Then Adam showed up on time and began to fix the problem. He also did some further research and found I WAS under warranty, which meant I had NO out-of-pocket expenses for the costly repairs.
