Really great experience. The owner worked closely with my wife and I dialing in the right system and he did the math to ensure it would be the right fit. We have an old house (built in 1922) and the install team was great working around some of the funkiness inherent in old construction mixed with new. They were all polite, respectful , and willing to answer questions along the way. They cleaned up after themselves and left their work areas tidy.
I appreciate that they are family owned and operated. There’s a lot of small service industry businesses getting snatched up by VC funds, and companies like Comfort Connections are becoming rarer and rarer. Support...read full review
I had a new central air conditioning installed
at one of my rental houses. The crew included Justin the electrician, Stefan one of the HVAC techs, Gabe another HVAC tech, and Cole, another HVAC. They all arrived to the job on time and completed the entire job in a single day. The entire crew worked well with each other and Justin was very knowledgeable with the electrical work .
I was very impressed with the two young techs, Cole and Gabe. Both were very capable
and carried out all the tasks involved for a successful install . I was pleased with all the work this crew did for me today and I would recommend Comfort Connection to anyone needing HVAC service.
