Russ & Dennis at Sub Zero are awesome. True high quality tradesmen, attention to detail, great communication, and follow- up. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends. It took them just a day to remove our 34 year old Trane furnace and heat pump and install a new Ruud heat pump/air handler and a HALO-LED full house air purifier. We have heat again and can't wait to see how this helps our family allergies in the Spring!!! Thank you.

Ross was extremely helpful over the phone and attempted to troubleshoot my heating issue with me. Dennis came out and was able to find a solution quickly. I really appreciate the great customer service especially during this ice storm when I know they are quite busy.

We had no idea our furnace was in a dangerous condition until it finally died. Fortunately I found this awesome company and Russ was quick to get me a new furnace before the cold weather!
