Wow! New to the area and my home, my AC system is very old and wasn’t working. Mike was at my home within a couple days of my SOS call, for which they actually picked up the phone and were very warm and helpful. Instead of doing maintenance and charging me extra when he said it really wasn’t needed at this time, Mike replaced a part and everything has been working perfectly since. As for Mike - prompt, professional, very personable and explained how to use my system properly. SO happy with this business that I’ve added them as a contact for when I’m ready to put in a new unit.
