Received texts confirming the appointment and updates of when the technician would arrive. Loved the proactive communication. The technician arrived within the 2-hour time frame and loved that a smaller arrival time frame was given rather than the usual 4-8 hours most companies give. The technician was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would recommend!

This is the second time Multnomah Heating have been to my house. They have always been on time, pleasant and professional. We were just having an annual check. They do no disappoint.
