I needed to have my tankless water heater flushed and inspected, so I called the company that originally installed it. They quoted me $450, which seemed excessive for what I expected to be about an hour of work. I called around and found that many companies were charging similar prices before stumbling upon Milwaukie Heating & Cooling, who quoted me $309.
While I still thought that was a little high, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. JB Peterson was the technician who came out, and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He even showed me pictures of the work he performed and explained everything he found.

We are so happy with our new heating and cooling system! John was a real pro, every step of the installation. He explained the whole process, worked quickly and efficiently and left the place spotless. This was also accomplished during the heat wave in July, so I was especially impressed by his professionalism and work ethic. I wholeheatedly recommend Milwaukie Heating and Cooling and plan to use them in the future, to install a mini split in our other home.
JB was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue. He corrected work done incorrectly by a prior HVAC technician, all at no charge under a warranty for my air conditioning unit as a courtesy. I highly recommend Milwaukie Heating & Cooling and JB, in particular.
