I called to talk about adding air conditioning and replacing an older furnace, and the response was very quick. After a short conversation, Francis came out to inspect the system, answer questions, and explain the best setup for the home. We previously had an HVAC company out for an AC warranty repair, and the seasonal tune-up was supposed to be done during that visit, but it was missed. We later chose a different local HVAC service for a full air conditioning tune-up and system check, and we are very glad we did. Mike came out and was professional, honest, and very thorough.
