“Sufian and team are honestly the best. Super honest, very hard working and generous with their time. We've used them for a few years now from general maintenance to full mini split replacement and deep cleaning. We had a unit that stopped working a couple months after deep cleaning and they did countless visits to debug an esoteric issue, replacing multiple control boards and internal thermostats and doing all they could to save us from buying a new unit (ours mini split was probably over 10 years old). I've done electronic repairs in the past and this was above and beyond the service they provided.

We've even had situations where an airbnb guest simply used the wrong remote and was blaming our mini split unit as faulty and Sufian went to the property to clear up the confusion for us, sending us pic of the correct remote (once the tenants were gone) and help us remotely since we live out of state and wouldn't accept payment for the visit since we recently purchased the unit for them. Again, very kind hearted and generous with their time. I couldn't recommend them enough. And Sufian is a real expert of the trade.“

They paired it with a heat pump system so we are even more efficient and have multiple options for the future. We got a rebate from Clark public utilities that subzero temp control helped us with. Russ and Jacob were very great with the support. Best company we’ve ever experienced in the Camas location.“

“Jarrod came to our place to give us an estimate on running a natural gas line for a portable generator we’re considering purchasing. He was prompt and professional. He explained details of the installation in a manner that was easy to follow, and set clear expectations around the scope of the work. He even let me know he added a couple of extra labor hours to the quote to account for any unexpected challenges. He said he’d rather quote high and come in under, than quote low and go over, and then have to tell me it’ll be more than what I was expecting. I appreciated that approach.“

“By far the best experience in plumbing service I've ever had. Apollo's customer service is extraordinary. My technician Cameron is my hero.

This happened on Sunday. I had an emergency with the laundry room suddenly flooding at 11pm. Of course in a panic as the water was rising I looked up 24 hour emergency services. Apollo came up. I contacted them and was greeted by dispatch. He sent out the bat signal and Cameron answered the call. He was working the day and on call and had been up for hours already. He showed up and wow. The professionalism with this man was incredible. He was well spoken, very down to Earth and for someone who's been up for over 15 hours, he was a happy guy.

He slipped on the shoe protectors, went to the source of the problem, and already knew what to do. Now that's experience. He even placed covers on his wheels of the trolly that holds the drain snake. With his great attitude and friendly voice he told me not to worry. He told me step by step what he was going to do and started working. In about an hour he was done. He cleaned up the area very well. He went above and beyond. Cameron was amazing.

Apollo has just gained a repeat customer.

I also wanted to give Brandon, both from HVAC and plumbing for the extremely professional service they provided on my house recently.

Another update. Another fantastic work from the two that came by today to check my HVAC. Awesome talking to them and will always be an Apollo fan.
