“They showed up earlier than planned for initial estimate, we had the price for the complete installation of forced air central air conditioning that night and appointment for installation next day which was installed 8 days later. It was done earlier than expected and was a good looking installation. The hvac tech that installed( Jeremy)the system was very professional and efficient with his time and very personable aswell. I should know I worked as a plumber for 43 yrs retired, and worked in every aspect of new construction and service. You might say I can be a very critical professional with my appraisal. Joe Inoccenti the owner, installer estimater was everything his employees are Janelle the office manager was also on on top of everything that went on with this process in other words I did not give my 5 stars lightly! If everyone conducted business like this we wouldn't have to write such glowing essays on there work!

“By far the best experience in plumbing service I've ever had. Apollo's customer service is extraordinary. My technician Cameron is my hero.

This happened on Sunday. I had an emergency with the laundry room suddenly flooding at 11pm. Of course in a panic as the water was rising I looked up 24 hour emergency services. Apollo came up. I contacted them and was greeted by dispatch. He sent out the bat signal and Cameron answered the call. He was working the day and on call and had been up for hours already. He showed up and wow. The professionalism with this man was incredible. He was well spoken, very down to Earth and for someone who's been up for over 15 hours, he was a happy guy.

He slipped on the shoe protectors, went to the source of the problem, and already knew what to do. Now that's experience. He even placed covers on his wheels of the trolly that holds the drain snake. With his great attitude and friendly voice he told me not to worry. He told me step by step what he was going to do and started working. In about an hour he was done. He cleaned up the area very well. He went above and beyond. Cameron was amazing.

Apollo has just gained a repeat customer.

I also wanted to give Brandon, both from HVAC and plumbing for the extremely professional service they provided on my house recently.

Another update. Another fantastic work from the two that came by today to check my HVAC. Awesome talking to them and will always be an Apollo fan.
