I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and the salon is clean with some very talented staff. Lana and Kim are especially great with designs and always do a good job. Just a heads-up that not everyone is skilled with designs, so it’s best to ask for them if you can. Also, if you book by phone, double-check your service when you arrive since requests don’t always carry through. With the right person, the results are worth the wait.

The team of Austin and Ethan were professional, respectful and patient. They answered all of our questions and concerns. This job included replacement of Poly-B piping and the installation of a new hot water tank. They took the time to explain what was going to be done and followed up with a walk-through review of the work. They installed lever shut off values were required as well as dielectric union connections on the hot water tank. And we were set up on an annual inspection schedule to ensure everything is in good working order. Can’t say how pleased we are with the product and service.

We had the best experience with this company, Lorand was extremely quick, efficient, and thorough! He brought some foot covers and noise blockers for us if needed which was extremely accommodating. He came right on time, and got quickly working in the room. There were some stains in there he managed to get out that I thought were permanent. He even threw in cleaning our winter mats. We first had Rome Flooring do work for us about ten years ago when they refinished very old wood floors in our second floor and replaced the flooring in one room. They did a great job.
We worked with them again about six months ago after we made a terrible mistake renovating our kitchen and going with another flooring company (only because we didn’t realize Rome did LVT as well as wood). Unfortunately we had so many problems with the flooring the other company installed that we ended up having Rome tear it out and install what seems to be a much better product. We’ve had none of the same issues. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating in dealing with working around/moving appliances, which was a big relief in the kitchen. We’d never go with another flooring company again!

Called on a Sunday at 4pm and they showed up two hours later. Very impressed with this prompt service. I also appreciated the treatments installed, all the details given regarding each one and all visible holes sealed. The price was given to me on the phone and that was the total at the end, no hidden or additional fees including a warranty.

Franco, John & team have incredible attention to detail and their quality of work is very evident. First time coming all the way from Orleans as our cat groomer retired and had to find a new one. Cat’s Pajamas are very professional, fast, effective and talented. Our 14 year old cat, looked really cute and didn’t get stressed out. You can even see what is happening as they are grooming your cat right behind the glass window. Nothing to hide! Doggin It always does a fabulous job grooming our Mini American Shepherd! He always comes back so soft and smelling so clean. We request to go shorter on his legs and backside so he stays clean playing outside but they are still able to maintain a great Aussie silhouette. We would recommend their grooming services to anyone!

I saw Lindsay and she was great. We talked before she started the massage and I told her about my issues. I really feel like she understood my issues and she did an amazing job addressing them. I left feeling completely relaxed and feeling relief from my neck pain. Multiple times through the massage she asked me if the pressure was ok and offered more or less pressure. Super happy with my massage and will be back for sure!

I saw Twisha Patel at Harmony Physiotherapy & Wellness. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, very kind and knowledgeable. She was able to explain several exercises and used manual therapy as well as acupuncture to help with my back pain postpartum. Since seeing here I have noticed significant improvement in my symptoms. I would happily recommend her to anyone.
