Elyas was very friendly and open. He gave us good advice to help us choose what to do with our yard. He kept us posted with the delay that occurred because of the city. I left not feeling the greatest but then I called the owner, Joseph, the next morning and he had me come in within the hour and had a hairdresser fix everything at no extra cost. This is the kind of business I support. People make mistakes, it happens. It's how a business reacts that sets them apart. Joseph was super understanding and very kind. I walked in wishing to buy make-up as I accidentally forgot mine in another car in Sudbury, a 500km car ride from Ottawa!! These fine women were kind enough to perform a makeup trial on me, explained cleansers, moisture lotion, and the proper tint of foundation. BE Electric just yesterday connected my new outdoor sauna to 220V AC system, which consisted installation of the new breaker, laying indoor wiring from the pannel to the outdoor on/off switch, the installation of the new on/off outdoor switch, laying the outdoor wire from the switch to the sauna heater and connecting the heater as well as setting up the thermostat sensor. The whole work, including the testing afterwards started sharply at 08:00 and it was completed at 13:00. The work was carried out in very professional manner by the principal of the company, Ben Ellacott and his young assistant. I would not hesitate to recommand BE Electric services to anyone.
All I can say is WOW! Called at about 3.30pm to see if they had an electrician to help connect a commercial overhead door that the installers hit a bit of a snag on. In literally 15 minutes there was an after hours electrician on site (I didn’t catch his name but he did a great job!)and the repair was completed by 4.Awesome job by the office staff and field staff getting things done so fast. Can’t thank you all enough for saving me another service call by the door installers.

Overall an excellent experience. Sales support from Roland at the Industrial Avenue location was very good. The carpet was ordered and received in short order, no endless waiting or delays for the product to arrive. The carpet installation was quick, professional and the two installers (Aboudi and Hassan) were extremely pleasant and efficient. The installation was on a curved and complex staircase and the quality of the installation was excellent. Once the color and carpet were chosen, a no stress and quick process to the completed job. Came to this store last week and placed an order for hardwood flooring eventually after we went to five flooring stores in person for quotations and had a comparison between them. The price we got here is the most competitive. Products on sale are well organized and classified. Three zones are designated for the demonstration of hardwood, laminate and vinyl flooring. And each sample on shelf has a sticky label above indicating detailed info respectively including wood type, color and dimension. The sales representative Lora there showed great hospitality in interpreting to us the difference between finishing grades and offering quotations of different wood color and width among the flooring we were interested in. And she also offered us a discount on shipping the flooring to the warehouse. We did get good service and have a nice experience shopping here.

Roberto did an absolutely beautiful job installing our Synergy Long Plank Rocky Coast vinyl flooring (LVP) in our family room after removing the old flooring. The attention to detail was truly impressive. They were professional, courteous, and clearly take great pride in their work.

Needed my basement finished. Arama provided all the required specialist in a timely manner, that framed, insulated, drywalled and painted the entire basement as well as the electrician to install the lights. All work was carried out by knowledgeable professionals that were happy to explain each step. I am extremely impressed with the final result and the quality workmanship. Last year I had ice damming issues. Had my old insulation removed, attic sealed and new cellulose put in. The home feels much more comfortable. Looking forward to see how well we did in the winter.

Franco, John & team have incredible attention to detail and their quality of work is very evident. They have now completed the landscaping and interlock work on our entire property and we couldn't be more pleased. We have also referred them to others with great success. Ashley the receptionist and Lina the Dental Hygienist were absolutely lovely, and Dr. Liu seems very approachable and explained my treatment options in a very accessible way. She takes the time to groom and trim my girl and she is always so happy when she comes out of Cat’s pajamas. I am more than happy with the services provided by Brit every time I visit with my cats.
