Came on time- did a quick and efficient job and problem is solved now. Very professional, very friendly, answered all our questions. We asked him for quote for 2 other issues in the house and he mentioned coupl of ways to solve those issues. We asked for quote and he sent us quote as promised. Highly recommend.
Yet again, John The Plumber exceeds my expectations. I decided to replace my 35 year old sump pump after the July 1st storm. I was able to book a same day appointment with John The Plumber and Owen arrived on schedule. We discussed the options and I went for a new sump pump and a secondary sump pump with a battery back up. He said he could get the work done right away but I needed to leave in a few hours. He made a few calls and said he could get it done before I needed to leave, so I gave the go ahead.
