Jovian identified a major leak in our basement, explained exactly what caused it and we worked on a plan to fix it quickly and effectively. When I first called about an issue with my toilet in my condo, the person I spoke with was very helpful and offered great advice on a few things I could try before scheduling a service call. I really appreciated that honesty and willingness to help. When the issue persisted, I called back and a plumber was sent to my home.
He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. He wore boot covers and explained everything he did while inspecting the problem, which I really appreciated.
