“I fixed my samsung screen there, upon receiving it i noticed the camera wasn't working , i called them, they patiently engaged me and asked me to bring in the phone. They looked at it and sorted mg camera issue out for free.

“I arrived at this location as I was told by Samsung Head office they could help me get back my pdf file capability and several other issues.
When I arrived , I was informed that they only felt with hardware issues and this was not their function.
Despite that, the 2 gentleman assisted me and made the trip worth while , They were very knowledgeable, patient and very professional.They provided better service than Head office had on a lengthy phone call
These gentleman deserve pay raise .
