I came into the shop with a broken iPhone camera and I had got it diagnosed elsewhere and they were really shady at the other place so I decided to come here and they opened up my phone which the other place didn’t even do and they charged me a diagnostic fee and when they opened up my phone, they worked on it for about 45 minutes and the new camera that they had purchased, especially for my phone, unfortunately did not work and they had concluded there was an issue with my motherboard however they spent over 45 minutes working on my phone trying to get it to work and they gave it back to me super remorsefully and did not charge me a thing whereas I know other phone shops charge me $30 just to power my phone off and back on

Very honest business I would recommend I hope my phone doesn’t break soon but if I did, I know exactly where I’m going. Thank you cellular pro for being a pillar of honesty in what is an industry where people will often try to take advantage of you.”

“I arrived at this location as I was told by Samsung Head office they could help me get back my pdf file capability and several other issues.
When I arrived , I was informed that they only felt with hardware issues and this was not their function.
Despite that, the 2 gentleman assisted me and made the trip worth while , They were very knowledgeable, patient and very professional.They provided better service than Head office had on a lengthy phone call
These gentleman deserve pay raise .
