Noir is a great spot to get pampered! Tina does my lashes and the retention is so good! Either linh or Irene are great for hair services - both are friendly and take so much pride in their work. I got hair tinsel put in for the holidays, it’s so nice and fun addition to your style, got so many compliments!

Saw someone at my workplace come in with gorgeous hair, fresh layers and beautiful colouring, she told me it was Linh from Noir Salon and I immediately booked an appointment, and was very pleased with the result!! Linh was able to take my hair from dull to a completely fresh new look, even better than what I had asked for because she went above and beyond! She’s such an amazing personality as well and I enjoyed being in her chair. I’m definitely going to be coming back and getting my hair done here from now on!
