All I can say is WOW! Called at about 3.30pm to see if they had an electrician to help connect a commercial overhead door that the installers hit a bit of a snag on. In literally 15 minutes there was an after hours electrician on site (I didn’t catch his name but he did a great job!)and the repair was completed by 4.Awesome job by the office staff and field staff getting things done so fast. Can’t thank you all enough for saving me another service call by the door installers.
Tyler Broder did a great job. He's polite, listens and explains what he'll be doing. He also called the inspector as soon as he got back to the office and she came the same day. The communication, co-operation and expertise couldn't be better.
Couldn't be happier with our service from J-M from Broder. Lost power from fallen trees after a storm and when Hydro Ottawa finally came to reconnect the lines, I was given the bad news that I needed an electrician to repair my part of the lines first. After calling approx. 30 electricians while the crew connected my neighbour - and finding only who could even come on the NEXT day - J-M showed up within an hour, got right to work and coordinated with the hydro crew to be able to wait until he was done to reconnect on the spot.
