Couldn't be happier with our service from J-M from Broder. Lost power from fallen trees after a storm and when Hydro Ottawa finally came to reconnect the lines, I was given the bad news that I needed an electrician to repair my part of the lines first. After calling approx. 30 electricians while the crew connected my neighbour - and finding only who could even come on the NEXT day - J-M showed up within an hour, got right to work and coordinated with the hydro crew to be able to wait until he was done to reconnect on the spot. We had to repair and replace our electrical sevice equipment at our house due to the ice storm which resulted in a power outage. When we were advised by Hydro to get an electrician to repair the issues at our home before we can have power back again, we called Broder Electric the same day. The electrician was able to come by within a couple of hours after we had made the call to review the electrical issues and assess what was needed to be done. The next morning, the electrician took care of the job and we were able to get out power back. Thank you for the great response time and professional service.

We used Broder to update our electrical panel from fuses to breakers as well as some minor trouble shooting on a couple of other electrical issues. We had two different electricians over.
