“Excellent! Professional, positive communication and teamwork from Samira, Cheyanne and Mya. Accommodating as they could be. I walked in wishing to buy make-up as I accidentally forgot mine in another car in Sudbury, a 500km car ride from Ottawa!! These fine women were kind enough to perform a makeup trial on me, explained cleansers, moisture lotion, and the proper tint of foundation. Mya educated me on eyebrow shaping, tinting and lamination (?) and did a beautiful job on an eyebrow wax shaping of my brows! They made me feel like a valued customer as well as PERSON! Thank you, and hats off to Samira, Cheyanne and Mya!

After a very bad experience at Sugar Beauty Bar, where my eyebrows were left uneven and not properly fixed, I came in feeling quite upset and unsure. Zara was completely the opposite experience — calm, kind, and very professional.

She took her time to understand my concerns and carefully corrected my eyebrows with great attention to detail. The improvement was noticeable right away, and I left feeling much more confident and satisfied.

What I really appreciated was her patience and skill. She made me feel comfortable throughout the service and genuinely cared about achieving a good result.
