I left not feeling the greatest but then I called the owner, Joseph, the next morning and he had me come in within the hour and had a hairdresser fix everything at no extra cost. After a very bad experience at Sugar Beauty Bar, where my eyebrows were left uneven and not properly fixed, I came in feeling quite upset and unsure. Zara was completely the opposite experience — calm, kind, and very professional.

She took her time to understand my concerns and carefully corrected my eyebrows with great attention to detail. The improvement was noticeable right away, and I left feeling much more confident and satisfied.
