I had a really good experience at Beauty Factory with Zara, and I want to appreciate her work.

After a very bad experience at Sugar Beauty Bar, where my eyebrows were left uneven and not properly fixed, I came in feeling quite upset and unsure. Zara was completely the opposite experience — calm, kind, and very professional.

She took her time to understand my concerns and carefully corrected my eyebrows with great attention to detail. The improvement was noticeable right away, and I left feeling much more confident and satisfied.

I cannot recommend Zara enough. She did my powder brows, brow shaping, laser treatments, and microneedling, and the results have always been exceptional. I have been her client for years, and I would not choose anyone else. Zara is incredibly skilled, and professional. She always makes sure the results look natural, and suited to my face. If you are looking for someone you can fully trust with your face and skin, Zara is the absolute best. She is very nice and makes you feel home. Satisfaction guaranteed!

I can’t say enough good things about Zara at Beauty Factory. I came in with eyebrows that were super thin and overplucked and over several sessions she completely transformed them. She didn’t just shape them beautifully; she taught me how to take care of them while they grew back and was so patient through the whole process. Now my brows are perfect, and I finally feel confident again. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention she put into every visit. Highly recommend!
