I ordered four boxes of LVP flooring that was luckily still in stock with Rome. Chad was quick and courteous to fulfill the order, easy and efficient.Bit of a hiccup with the delivery, but this was owned and acknowledged by Nadia who quickly delivered within a few days.Appreciate the professionalism and follow through from both employees.I would recommend and be back to Rome for future business.

This family run business has a wealth of knowledge between them and their staff on anything flooring/construction related not to mention their quality installation services. They seem to have a contact for anything (I needed a designer and they got me in touch with one who was excellent).Other than supporting the wrong soccer team lol, no issues at all. They came, they saw, they conquered my carpet. Veni, vidi, vici. As the roman empires did 2 thousands years ago, they came with warriors prepared to battle the upper floor carpet and his many allies. They made a terrific job in 3 days for 5 rooms. The aftermath of the battlefield took 2 days to clean up due to the massive scale of the battle that my upper floor had to endure.The wooden floor has taken over the complete area and the carpet can only be found in the history book. It is a good day for the wood lovers. May we cherish it for the centuries to come.But yeah, super job, pro guys, funny people.
