We had an outstanding experience with Infinity Flooring with the carpet installation team from start to finish. Gloria who was knowledgeable, responded efficiently to all our questions with clarity and detail by email which attracted us to visit the place of business. Jason, the sales representative was equally as transparent with pricing, quality of the products and installation services. He walked with us in the show room and provided additional information, recommendations, he was patient, and helped us find the perfect flooring within our budget. We had a great experience with Infinity Flooring. Jason's knowledgeable advice helped us choose a carpet that would work well in our space. We appreciated the willingness to do an on-site quote at our out of town location. Patrick Martin did a beautiful job with the installation. The seams are truly invisible and he did such meticulous work around a ridiculous number of spindles.

I had a great experience with Infinity Flooring when they replaced the carpet on my stairs and in the bedrooms, and installed vinyl planks in the basement. Gloria was excellent—her experience really showed as she walked me through the pros and cons of each product and helped me make the right choices.

The installers, Pat and Stephan, delivered high‑quality work. Pat was meticulous with the carpet installation and very accommodating with my schedule, and Stephan’s work on the basement planks was equally strong. They both treated my home with care and left everything clean and tidy.
