“My mother finished her physiotherapy few weeks ago and it helped her knee pain. They gave me a card for review and we are pleased and satisfied. I just wish ohip covers more session. Her physiotherapist is good and helpful. This could have been a 5 star but one thing that bothered me when I was there is one of the female staff with a short hair who keeps hitting her head walking around the clinic and shouting to other staff which I find scary for my mom. I find it dangerous in a healthcare environment. I am entrusting my mother and hoping she is handled with care and professionalism, but seeing that scares me. Will probably be back at the clinic but I don't feel safe for my mom if someone's behavior is like that. But other than that, my mom is happy with the treatment and will be back to the same physiotherapist.“
