NKR was a savior for me. Our technician Hisham was a great time friendly communicator and did a thorough job installing my humidifier on my furnace while troubleshooting any potential issues I may have had otherwise. Once install was complete he made sure no mess was left behind, asked if there was anything else he coukd assist with.
