Even while out of town, they spent a few minutes trouble shooting what my issue might be on the phone. I was able to fix the issue myself with the information. Saved me a full day of headaches.Legends.

I am a recent home buyer and needed someone to come fix a baseboard heater in my new home. It was part of the sale that it was to be in working condition, so I needed to move quickly. Their team was booked solid, but thankfully Steve was able to pop by since it was only a single heater. He gave me some options of how to solve the issue and talked me through why it was more likely decommissioned intentionally. He also took the time to make some recommendations to help me save money and heat my home efficiently, as well as highlight the differences between the heaters that are installed in my new home.
