3350 Fallowfield Rd, Nepean“Simply the best! A beautiful space, where everyone is welcome and celebrated! Julie and all the other teachers really put their students needs first, and have created an environment where you can grow in your practice or just find a place to breathe. I have been a member for years and am always impressed with the creativity in both classes and workshop options.“

332 Richmond Rd, Ottawa“I’ve been with Love Your Body Fitness for almost 4 months, and I absolutely love their approach to fitness. Their whole vibe is incredibly welcoming to all, which made me feel comfortable from day one.
I was first drawn in by their schedule. They offer classes at “odd times” like 10 am and 3 pm, which most gyms in the area don’t. But what keeps me coming back is the people. Everyone there is wonderful, and the group dynamic genuinely inspires me to work harder and stay accountable to my own fitness goals.
I can’t say enough good things about all their trainers. Alexa’s Strength Foundations class, in particular, has become my go‑to. She played a huge role in helping me navigate my postpartum journey and rediscover confidence in my body. I’m incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received. <3“

411 Dovercourt Ave, Ottawa“This is one of the best pools for learning to swim for kids. The pool is on the warm side and is mainly quite shallow. This means that the kids don’t freeze and can learn basic skills in comfort. Once they get up in levels it makes sense to move to a more traditional pool but this place is fantastic as a starting point. Staff have always been excellent. They also run fun summer camps and do birthday parties as well. Can’t go wrong here for small kids.“

858 Bank St, Ottawa“I hired Marlene at La Tropiqua to do pedicures for the guests at a baby shower I hosted and it was fantastic. Marlene was great to work with in the lead up the party and all of the guests had a great time. It was such a nice way to spend the afternoon. Marlene brought everything with her and even had spa music playing while doing the pedicures. I would highly recommend!“

I am surprised by the negative comments because everything here is wonderful.“
