I have hopped around from location to location and have had good experiences with my waxing specialists but as of July 2023 I've been going to the LIC location and only seeing Maggie (Magdalena, waxing specialist). She is professional and very personable, I recommend her to everyone.

Magdalena is amazing - she is incredibly FAST, kind, professional and clean. She cares about how much pain you’re in and tries to reduce it. Highly recommend her for everyone who is new to waxing or if you’re a regular !
