My rug looks brand new. All personnel that I dealt with, both on the phone and the gentlemen who removed the rug, and those who relaid the rug after cleaning, were totally professional; it was truly "white glove" treatment.
The team here has been unfailingly polite, responsive, and a true pleasure to work with whether I'm setting up a cleaning order or managing one. The crews that have come to pick up and return my rugs are like well-oiled machines, efficiently packing up rugs being cleaned and laying them (and their pads) back in position with a better eye to the space/room than I've had when doing it myself. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
