Pickup and delivery were on time and as promised. Rug was nice and clean, and ragged edges were perfectly bound in matching yarn. Guys who delivered the rug were polite and put booties on their shoes before entering our apartment. I highly recommend Majestic for both cleaning and repair!
I've been working with Majestic Rug Cleanin for a number of years. I love my handmade imported rug and they do a great job sprucing it up each year, Plus very easy to talk to real person to make appointments. And the pickup and delivery guys are friendly and do what I ask, ie. place it here, cut off the wire tag please. No problem. Highly recommended.

The cleaning itself was impressive — my rug came back looking fresh, vibrant, and almost like new. They were able to remove stains and odors I thought were permanent. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.
Customer service was also top-notch. They kept me updated throughout the process and answered all my questions without any hassle.
