Eric from Major Air was effective and super helpful, explaining everything and providing tips to keep our HVACs running smoothly. I really appreciated how he went above and beyond the expected level of service, which certainly isn't the norm these days. Highly recommended!
Eric and his studious apprentice came in and evaluated my tortured unit and gave me good news and bad news. An honest discussion about repair and patience throughout my questioning was much appreciated. They even put up with my humor!
