Really patient and gentle Vets. The admin staff and front desk were very helpful with an emergency travel doc I needed prepared. Special shout out to Marci. The facility overall is very clean and well kept. My dog is a bit anxious and they handled him really well

The staff was very polite when I inquired about cost and services for euthanasia and cremation. They had an actual conversation with me on the cost, and tried to meet me where they could, this is not something I have experienced at any Vet in NYC. In my experience other places will end the call if a pet owner even suggests the cost is a bit high.In person the staff was equally kind and responsive. The Vet Nurse and Vet Doc were amazing, giving me the time needed to say bye to my feline family member. I highly recommend InstaVet.

Insta Vet is spotless. Big waiting area. The front desk has two lovely young ladies who are ready to help you with any questions you have. All of the staff are friendly and willing to help you with any thing.I was very happy with the help Princess received from the doctor and staff. I highly recommend Insta Vet and the manager is a wonderful caring person. Princess is doing 100 percent better than yesterday. Thank you all for everything.
